Thermal Break
The thermal break reduces the transfer of temperature through the door framework reducing condensation and loss of energy. The interior side of the door panel and mounting frames are separated from the exterior side with a polyurethane material creating a “non-through-metal″ thermal break assembly. This is known as a thermal break door or wall panel resulting in energy savings and less condensation.

Polyurethane Foam
The HVAC access doors and plenum walls include industry approved polyurethane foam insulation for a superior seal, thermal characteristics and door rigidity to meet today’s and tomorrow’s stringent Indoor Air Quality applications.
ITM4 Viewports
Our HVAC Viewports offer increased safety and accessibility to any HVAC access door. Designed to fit existing ITM4 products or custom products, our thermal break and non thermal break viewports are easy to install or replace in the field.

Ventlok and Allegis Latches

Gaskets UL component recognized
Our gaskets have “excellent memory” meaning that even if the gasket is compressed for a long periods of time, it will still resume its original shape when the door is open. This gasket memory is part of the reason for having such a good seal between the door and the door frame. Our gaskets are both UV and chemical resistant.
